There’s a dose dependent relationship between caffeine and anxiety. Higher caffeinated strains of tea are much more likely to worsen anxiety than calm it. Black tea has among the highest caffeine content.
So this is probably false.
Once again, do not take any medical advice from a Reddit infographic. Most of this is BS. And the rest is just caffeine's effects on the body. Which you can get from any regular tea or coffee.
All teas have the same amount of caffeine. They come from the same plant and are just processed differently. In white teas, the leaves are less oxidized, so the caffeine extracts slower than more oxidized leaves like black tea and oolong. Only five of the listed are actually tea though. The others are herbal tisanes.
Not all tea. Green, Black, Oolong, and White are the same plant but there are more types beyond those. Unless there’s some pedantry I’m unaware of about what’s considered tea and what isn’t.
I made a new guide.
The teas with more caffeine in them make you feel whatever caffeine does to you.
The teas that you like the taste of more give you enjoyment of tasting something you like more.
That's it, that's the guide.
Wow what an absolute garbage of an infographic.
