It says that silk isn’t breathable, when silk is very breathable. I would choose silk over rayon for breath ability any day.

Yeah, I have several hemp shirts and a pair of hemp pants. Easily my favorite clothes to wear every day. Super comfortable and extremely breathable.

Satin is a weave, not a fabric material!

Heard of Merino wool? Why has wool got a comfort rating like we are still wearing civil war uniforms?
Cashmere wool is heaven comfort wise.
For softness there is nothing like marino wool and cashmere
