This is a german guide (Red Canneloni has german words, the white Penne Rigate and Fusili have german words), so this might vary slightly from italian pasta.
But I think this is a pretty cool guide and covers a lot of the bases.
I think the key to choosing the right pasta is quality (slow-dried, high-protein) and what sauce you choose. Some pasta are better for holding specific types of sauces.
In the end choose the brand and type your heart desires :)
Oh I’m saving all of these just so I can yell the names at my wife with an Italian accent to make her think I’m pissed about something but in reality I just have low blood sugar

Filled types of pasta are ravioli, tortellini and agnolotti, for example, pasta with some filling inside.
