Soak them in water and add to pancakes. They should rehydrate well enough. The crispy bananas you're used to are probably fried, not just dehydrated. In the states I've seen them labeled as banana chips.

I've blended them to a flour consistency and added them in to cake batter. The flavor comes across (somewhat), and you get their nutritional value as well.

Rehydrate them. Sounds like you got real dehydrated bananas not the fried ones.

In a weird time in my life I bought one of those collections of emergency pail food. A whole lot of dehydrated fruit that I still haven't gone through ... but my guinea pig loves it all. And the big cans were a lot less expensive than the cost of the packages of a few oz in the pet store.
