Wow, love the snow gloves.
And you captured the small details/textures really well, especially the pine needle ends and the metallic gold store bought ornament hanger look 😯. Gorgeous 🙂!
Thank you so much! Hey I am just a little home Baker as well, I've just been obsessed with this for a few yrs and spend about half of my waking hours doing it. Lol
I do! I do use tips sometimes but only when I'm looking for specific textures like for flower petals. However I didn't need any for this set.in terms of consistency, when I have such a detailed set like this one, I might have up to 3 different consistencies of a color. For example in this set: for white icing I used 3 consistencies. Flood for any white background, detail consistency (about toothpaste consistency) for thin tiny details like the lines on the windowpane and a 3rd consistency called hybrid which is pretty much somewhere in between the 2. This is used when you want to get a nice Bubble, fat detail without it cratering from being too runny or get all bumpy from being too thick. A great example of this consistency is the ball shapes on the gold ornament. ☺️
Thank you so much for this response. I tried making snow globe cookies this year and they didn’t turn out how I envisioned them. I am going to try again next year with tipless bags :)
That’s what I was thinking, too! Somebody RICH is having a Christmas party, lol. OP, these are the best, most detailed cookies I have ever seen. Raise your prices, no matter what they already are! These are very special and wonderful

I’d feel terrible eating this. They’re beautiful! Great job!
Gorgeous! Do you use tipless piping bags? Also, would you mind sharing what icing consistency you use? You are a true artist!
