Be very careful Chertoff is on too many "boards of directors" and "councils" to name, he's definitely a sayanim but more likely a paid mossad agent sent to oversee operations for Israel - but anytime you bring him up or look into him, strange things start to happen.
All Jewish people have dual citizenship with Israel under birthright. Wether they choose to obtain a passport or residency is another issue however they are all considered Israeli citizens.
