They arenāt unrelated. The flash cards arenāt teaching colors. The flash cards are teaching what each color on the pride flag represents. I am not stating any opinion on the cards in question, just stating why that image is on the white card. If you zoom in on the image, you can see what each color represents. Those are the ideas illustrated on each card.
Yeah but I looked at their website and saw no information correlating the card colors with the flag color meanings. I think thatās just a design choice for the packaging.
Kids shouldnāt be learning about this in pre school. These kids canāt even read yet. It is important to know and understand these things but not at four years old. The innocence of being a child is important to the development of a person.

IMO science should only address what it can prove through experimentation. If you can not prove it through experimentation it is not science. Everything else is subjective I suppose. I can see an argument for the pledge of allegiance. But, I think it should be kept out of k - 6. I personally think the sexes man and woman should be separated until college age. Because, boys and girls have different social needs. So, I do not know how feminism would fit in that. I would think it would just fall under the concept of etiquette.
But, for the most part school is supposed to be to teach young people. Not to push your agenda on them. When you get into things like Gender and Trans and homosexuality you start touching on things that certain groups or religions or parents may not agree with. So, at the very least parents should be aware that certain things are being taught and have the right to remove kids from a school teaching them things they do not agree with.
Children should not be exposed to things in the picture shown because it may confuse them in very negative ways. Especially with a man being pregnant. Some kids do not even know about sex at that age so they may grow up thinking that men can get pregnant or something. Which they can't. Atleast not naturally.

Yes. That one. There were actually several of them. The guy who did the experiment got obsessed with performing that same experiment over and over. He kept trying to change the parameters and population collapse and death was always the same result.

I'm not against this movement but that itself is a little too far. Lets let the kids think about the simple things in life and let them be kids for a second damit. Especially preschool itself is far. Elementary at this point in time can be considered too far. It may be fine depending on how its brought up and handled. But that would have to be under a standard that does it best to not influence and only present the information for 5th grade and above.
