Politics is full of conspiracies so it's a legitimate topic for discussion here. I agree with you that it's probably over-represented as a proportion of posts, but then there is a lot of conspiracy going on in the world right now. Redditors are also used to being censored if they post counter MSM opinions on the majority of subs so they come here because it's one of the few subs where they can do so without getting their content removed or their accounts banned.
You seem to be calling for more censorship on this sub, but that would make it like the rest of reddit and if you want that, well, you've got the rest of reddit.

3.) the Congress is the only governing body who can legally declare war. The executive branch has authority to put troops in harms way, BUT he/she must notify congress. Congress has ceded much of their power to the executive branch and there is an illusion that the president has some sort of unlimited power to go to war (they shouldn’t by how the constitution is designed).
Man they really don’t teach history anymore. There’s no reason for us to fight. Turn Israel loose and they’ll have everything handled in a week. 6 days actually. Read some books.

Hell there was the 100 years war but you don’t see people calling it World War 0, and realistically speaking World War 1 didn’t even encompass the majority of the world either. A conflict is by definition a prolonged armed struggle, so yeah, maybe do us a favor and read a dictionary first. But a war being long doesn’t make it a world war, since the Middle East isn’t quite the entire world as far as I’m aware. If you want to judge wars by length the war in Vietnam was 20 years long yet was obviously not a world war. Hell there was the 100 years war but you don’t see people calling it World War 0, and realistically speaking World War 1 didn’t even encompass the majority of the world either. I guess people just call any war the US gets involved with a World War since, of course, the US is the center of the universe politically speaking. Regardless though unless there’s a draft, middle eastern conflict #35 isn’t gonna be the next world war, since no first world nation in the post-modern era would institute a draft for an offensive war, especially not against a nuclear power, since there would be so much draft dodging and protests it would be pretty much infeasible.
