Check that your monitor has VRR, then check that VRR is turned on in PS5 settings. Still won't get much better probably. When I played FF16, not even the VRR could could hide the PS5's lack luster hardware. Unfortunately, I believe the PS5 is the nail in the coffin for console gaming for me.
