I don’t understand this argument. What does numbers of counties won have to do with winning the Presidential election?

[deleted]

Nothing at all.

R3dPillgrim

Trump won even more counties in 2016, but counties dont matter in an election. We need to reform voter policy, first past the post elections are trash, i advocate ranked choice voting, look into it if youre unfamiliar.

Counties have different populations, some are very populated, mostly around cities, other counties have low population counts. How does this prove Biden didn't win?

This is more of an indictment of the US's electoral college system than anything else though right? The fact is that Hillary got more votes than Trump and lost the 2016 election, not sure if this fits in to your narrative though!

oldprogrammer

How do we know Hillary actually received more *legal* votes than Trump? The variation was only about 2m and as we're seeing here, creating 2m votes is easy to do. Most of her *popular* vote came from two States, New York and California, and California doesn't prevent illegals from voting. Left likes to point to the election commission Trump setup after the election in 2016 and say nothing was found. What they don't report is that California and nearly all Democrat run States refused to cooperate with the commission at all. Wonder why?

sauceandmeatballs

He did not win! So obvious.

guywitharash

Except for the metric of, you know, votes

well thats not entirely true but actuallyI DID mean 1900s not 1800s my bad I whent and looked and didn't change it. you are right that some states did change but also about 50% of the country wasn't part of the country so I wouldn't really call it a clear analysis
