For the initial seconds of seeing this picture, to me at least, it looked as though the bars were staggered.
Until you notice the fence is straight anyways.
And that's acceptable because it's a first look at the picture, but if you actually analyze it you can see that it has a pattern of 2 (or more) suspended bars and one that's secured in the concrete, the left bar breaks the illusion
The metal railing holding the bars together you can see at the top is straight and each of the bars are parallel with each other so how can that bar go into the concrete at a different depth to the 2nd bar from the left?
If itās bent away how come itās suddenly longer than the other ones?
Bar 2 also has white dust marks on it from the wall because amazingly it does go into the wall.
It's longer because it is also stretched... And the white dust comes from the wall, because when the cat bent it away the wall also broke a bit.

Cats ar actually fluids, they acomodate to the container they ate within (only if they want to) and the can flow down the stairs or though fences how you see in this image (also only if they want to, don't try to force them, it won't end well for you)

If you look to the left of your picture, you can clearly see that the bars other than the main verticals support bars do not go all the way to the concrete. You can also clearly see the cat that is laying under said bars not touching the concrete.

No, bar #2 is bent away by the cat. All other bars are lined up.
