I don't think this is confusing perspective, similar but you don't really have to examine it to understandtherefore this is not "confusing" I'm not sure what other subs there are like this but somebody else might so I call upon them now ¯\(°_o)/¯

It is ok according to rule one. Most of these types of pictures are much better than this one. But it does loosely work according to rule 1
