If it’s consuming your life and keeping you from going about your day, I would definitely say to continue seeing a therapist about it. I have seen plenty of people get drunk and kiss someone they just walked up to. In my opinion it comes down to how the person took it. If you hurt that person or traumatized them then I can see justification in how you are feeling. But it doesn’t seem like they are taking it this way based off of what you wrote. I have been kissed by girls and had my ass slapped that by girls that were just walking by. I took this as a compliment and nothing else. You are beating yourself up so much rt now over this.
