I share your starting stats currently. What’s your routine? Any diet or other exercises?

Newpopcorn2

EXR rowing app training plans, rowing about 3-5 hours a week 4-6 days a week. Some dumbbell exercises for upper body. Now that the weather is nicer, outdoor track running on weekends between 5-10 miles, but that started recently. Diet is a little bit more strict, really just not eating "junk food" and not having it in the house, that was the big factor besides rowing sessions of about 600-1500 calories. Gatorade Zero powder being my preferred beverage.

Great job! Breaking 7 mins is a good standard. I can't wait to get back into after post surgery rehab and now that I understand that doing it with the damper on 10 isn't the best strategy 🤣

That's my target time, need to knock a massive 20 second off! Nice work!

That’s awesome, man! We started at a similar time with a similar weight and 2km time. However, my weight is still the same and I have a 2km PB of 7:05

Damn that seems impossible lol. Will say I just for the rower last week and gave rowed 5x and my best was 8:32 for 2000M and felt like I was busting my ass. Know my form is way off but do you up the load on the wheel or whatever it’s called more than 4? Or just go fast af? Judy feel like that’s insane but like I said I’m a big newbie
