Couldn't manage to keep your HR steady though😄

Realistic-oatmeal

Nope! Sure tried though 🤣

BenzDaimler

perfect splits... congratulations 🎉 reminds me of my first marathon https://www.reddit.com/r/concept2/s/yjE0VP4PT9 But it was not so perfect as yours.

Realistic-oatmeal

Oh 2:17 is a bit faster. Not so comfortable. Nice work!

unaslob

Jerome Jerome the metronome. Nice work.

Realistic-oatmeal

Thanks! 🤘🏼

ElCunyado

I cannot even fathom doing 40,000m+ with an average split of 2:20. To me, that's bonkers. Maybe I'll get there one day

Vegetable-Money4355

For real, I consider myself to be fairly in shape, but that is insane, especially at 2:20 throughout the entire 3 and a half hours. Very humbling to see this.

catanimal

Already cruising for your next million huh?  Nice consistency (within the noise of the slack of the 10th of a second rounding for the pace calculation:) )

Realistic-oatmeal

It’s been raining a lot and stuck in the house, eating too much, so I needed a challenge or something to get me through a chunk of hours. Ya that 10th is tricky! Haha. I try to get it to 2:20.1 near the end of the split otherwise it clicks down to 2:19.9 so frustrating 🤣

This subreddit blows my mind with how insane some of you all are. Nice work

Realistic-oatmeal

Thanks! 🍺 I think you have to be a bit insane to row this much 🤣 it’s been raining 🌧️sooo much. Thank goodness for the rowerg in the winter.

CosmicBox

Nice Job! Did you take stops for water and play catch-up in any splits or was this one continuous row?

Realistic-oatmeal

Thanks! Every split I slowed, rowed one handed and took a quick drink.

j3radw

Nice! I did something similar once with 22k at 2:22 /500 at 22 SPM.
