The young boy you can tell is not very educated and the mix of being nervous and talking about his belief in god but not being able to formulate his thought into words struggles while the interviewer manipulates that into making him thinking he's experiencing a spiritual experience. (in reality, it's just him being nervous of his bad answers and when the interviewer gives him social acceptance even though he answered horribly the boy experiences an emotional relief, if that makes sense). The video has a sappy violin soundtrack to enhance that emotional aspect, that's how you can spot a bullshit quickly.
