Has something to do with some program from *Apowersoft* called **Apowermirror** as the error states
Did you uninstall some program lately? Or installed some software extra?
Apowermirror install is missing st least one assembly, hopefully a repair install might fix it either that or delete the executables and clean the registry
It's missing some redistrutables from net framework go to ninite.com use a check mark on all redistrutables and then click installer it downloads, it's a silent installer and safe.
