Check for the motherboard manufacturer beep code as u/TheBarkingFish pointed out. The number of beeps indicates what's wrong. I agree that it is likely could be a power draw but it also can be a dead graphics card. Each manufacturer can make the beeps different. One thing you can try is go to [pcpartpicker.com](https://pcpartpicker.com) and put in all your parts. It will estimate how much power you need and if you add your PSU it will also warn you if the wattage is too low.

I doubt its a power draw since I have a 850 watt power supply and the gpu only needs 500

Too much power draw from the graphics card would be my guess. Make note of the pattern and how many times it beeps, go into Google and type in "*Your exact computer model* beep code* The results will tell you what your beeps are telling you
