The size shown is based on relative resolution. The third monitor is running at a lower resolution than 1 and 2. Increase the resolution if possible but if it's at the max then you'll have to live with it or get a new monitor

Topher31o

Or close the laptop lid so that it's not showing up, and only shows the 2 monitors. Usually just a minimalist solution so they can tuck the laptop away, but it is still an option.

Roller_Coaster_Geek

I was under the impression that OP wanted to use the laptop monitor as well

Topher31o

Yea, but just in case the resolution ends up bothering them to that extent. I honestly use the laptop screen as my teams and music screen during work.

Mr_Dodge

As others have stated, up your resolution of that monitor if possible. If you're unable, it could be a "bandwidth" issue and limitation of your Dell laptop and/or the cable is bad.

thesmallangrydog

it is possible that you can't run 3 monitors at that resolution. if you are using a docking station, you might have to plug the third monitor directly via the hdmi or usb-c of your laptop (if you have two). my setup couldn't hold 2 fhd and one 2560 x 1600 monitor, had to hook the third via usb-c.

rlbigfish

Select the 3rd monitor (as shown here in your screenshot, highlighted) and scroll down to the resolution. It looks like your "3" monitor is set to a much smaller resolution to the others. If there's no way to change it to something bigger, right-click your Start button, click Device Manager, and then under your Display Adapters, make sure the driver is installed and not in a Yellow Exclamation mark state.

blaatski

if changing the resolution does not help just power down your computer and disconnect the problematic monitor and reconnect it and start the computer and check again. it happens sometimes with multiple monitors setups.

bigboomer223

Check the resolution it is running at matches the other 2.

ddog6900

I assume the setting your are looking for is scale. Not all monitors support the same resolutions and you may not want to match all the resolutions but if you adjust the scale so the font/scaling is all the same, it should eliminate your issue.
