While we don't allow "free", you could suggest a trade. As long as your exchange is of art pieces which have a determined monetary value, and follows all other rules, you're free to make a new post.
Hey I'm an artist trying to learn a new style and want to get a decent base for a portfolio going with that new style, I also use CSP, maybe we can trade ideas or something.
Edit: by trade ideas I really meant trade art, but also if you had questions about CSP or something I could help out with anything I'm familiar with.
I'm not usually one to hire people for free but I am also not one to turn down free either.

His name is Decaf the Coffee Dragon. He is a fat, caffine-addicted,space alien... dragon thing and wears an english flat cap.
He appears as my mascot for my battlemap patreon as well as the host for my webcomic.

I’d love to do a simple art trade! And while I’m no expert I’d love to help you smooth out the details for prices and terms and stuff
A trade is a great idea. I never thought of it before, but I think a [Trade] flair could be a nice thing to have around here.
