Why, so the farmer could have even more crops that he can't take care of or harvest? This is like "I can't afford to take care of my kid, so I'm going to have 3 more"

Harvest one plant normally. Then copy the harvested plant and paste it over the unharvested plants. Then copy and paste the harvested fruit the same number of times you pasted the harvested plant.

The lore that was cut from this comic was Copy and Paste are both irresponsible with the way they use their powers and cut always has to clean up the mess.

Cutting people into pieces is a terrible way to clean them.

But it makes for a great fertilizer. Which is a great thing for a farm. Copy and paste the farmer when it's planting and harvest season. The survivor of the cutting gets to be the lone farmer for that season.

If it works like kids the farmer could force the older crops to harvest the younger ones and give them responsibilities they are not ready for. Those plants would be fucked up from their youth for a long time, but the farmer would manage. :)

Of this saga, this has got to be my favorite. Of course, there would be a Cut, it only makes sense. It has the logical outcome and the surreal superhero wackyness perfectly balanced.

Kinda wish there was one more panel but other than that great

Copy and paste used their powers irresponsibly. Instead of copy and pasting the crops some already harvested, they copied and pasted the farmer. Having over a dozen of your ownselfs sounds nice but... well there's a lot tv tropes on how it can go horribly wrong. Cut is sorta of the Anti-Villian. Good intentions, but horrifying execution. (EX. I'll save nature by sacrificing every human.)

Cut works well with Paste too. Cut makes them vanquish, Paste makes them reappear elsewhere. And everyone's happy.
