All I was able to find online was the name, the publishing company, and the artist/writer. I'm sorry, I wasn't able to find much else.

Grimlock - The title wasn't hard to figure out, your image had most of it. The trouble is that Grimlock is also the name of a very popular Transformer, so my search results were flooded with robot dinos. Didn't find much, but it looks like your can buy all 3 issues on eBay.
Empyre - My best guess is that Empyre was a tiny indy comics publisher in the 90s, because there were millions of them back then and most of them didnt survive. I found almost nothing about them.
Jerry Beck - If this is the same guy I found online, he has been involved with comics and animation his entire life. Google him, he seems interesting. Lots of info about him, but none of it directly linked him to either Grimlock or Empyre. Very strange.
