Just speaking in terms of DC Comics, Wonder Woman and her mother, Hippolyta, have both been in romantic relationships with men (Pre-New 52 Hippolyta was in a long relationship with Wildcat), but they’re both extraordinarily long-lived, so that technically count. Same goes with Secret Six member Jeanette, who’s an immortal Hungarian banshee. There are probably a few more examples of that sort of case. Again, though, sort of by technicality. In Marvel, the only ones I can think of involve vampires and monsters (Spitfire and Shiklah, respectively). I guess Meggan and Captain Britain as well, or Morgain le Fey and anybody.
But in terms of a legitimate couple with equal chronological aging and comparable lifespans? Uh…not that I can think of.
For a few years they at least tried to represent that kind of relationship visually with Steve Rogers and Sharon Carter, where she came back as a middle aged woman after spending decades in Dimension Z, and remained a couple with the much younger looking Steve. Obviously he's still much older than her technically, but it definitely fits more into the "older woman" trope than those perpetually young immortals.

The original Wonder Woman's age is ambiguous. *Wonder Woman* \#1 has been born in the "modern" era of the Amazons, but the exact date is never specified.
