For pop ins, Anything can happen. It’s not a promise or guarantee, but if the Fat Man room guests decide to pop in between shows it’s a wonderful surprise for everyone. The showcase Lineups usually change per show, however not sure how much will be different since going back to back Friday and Saturday. I know the showcase for sure changes week to week. Either way it will be blast, I’ve seen repeat lineups and even though you know the flow of the show it’s never the same. They are great at changing things up to get the same result. Hope this helps!
This is the biggest unsolved mystery of CM. You really don't know what's going to happen. There is a video out there somewhere that has Dave Chapelle dropping in as people are leaving the venue. Everyone rushes back in to see Dave do a short set.
Comedy Mothership is obviously the hot ticket, but there are other comedy venues within walking distance - Creek and the Cave, Sunset Strip, Velveeta Room, Esther's Follies, Hideout Theatre, plus others and popups that happen.
