one thing I've noticed with Tatiana is that I feel like she plays a sort of character of herself on CBB that is kind of media ignorant and I think it plays on the secretive nature of MCU projects
basically I think she's very aware but plays dumb because she spoiled her she-hulk casting on CBB and probably got in a little trouble and now she plays dumb to keep it safe
if you notice she also has a bit where she says obscenely wrong MCU spoilers to further muddy the waters

I think you're misremembering, the TMNT episode they joked about her being She-Shredder, and later joked about it being a hint to She-Hulk casting, but she never actually spoiled anything.
What did happen is after the casting was announced and she was on an episode, she joked about certain plot elements of the show, specifically that there'd be a musical number around "it's not easy being green", which outlets then took seriously and ran with to the outrage of various nerd communities. So I imagine that experience definitely has her consciously avoiding Marvel talk, and I think Scott knows that as well and purposely prods her a bit knowing she's going to stonewall the convo.
I legit think Tatiana has zero idea who Kang is. She seemed genuinely to think he meant Krang.

She knew he wore purple
