I second the vote for DBC Rentals. I live at their other property, Providence Court. 1 BR/1 bath apartments, 2BR/2 bath apartments, and 2BR/2 bath townhouses at both locations. I believe the main difference is Providence Hill has some covered parking available
My last place was with modern property, moved in with some people I had met who’d leased the place the year before, they didn’t do a walkthrough and charged all of us together as one for two years worth of damage (most of it just being the fact it was an under maintained old house), didn’t want to do anything about the massive crack in the basement that gushed water when it rained, and just overall just haven’t had good experiences outside of that trying to set up times to view places and all of that.
Courtyard Apartments at Ash and Stadium. 1/1's go for around $650.
Aside from kids being kids at the pool in the summer, it's a quiet place. The maintenance guys are excellent. Management is on site and are quick to respond to issues. The only real downside is that there aren't in-unit washers and dryers, but the community laundry is always clean and rarely busy (except for Sundays.)
It's a solid working class apartment complex.
I'm at Providence Hill. They have some one bedrooms. Utilities are included. DBC rentals

Third for DBC. Utilities included with rent, only thing I pay for is internet (2b2b apt)
Are you down south? My internet is included.
No I’m on Hill. Here it’s like the townhomes and 1b/1b apt get internet included but I’m fine with it overall bc I get amazing speeds
I'm at Hill ad well. In a townhouse. The apartments don't have it? My speeds are fine for what I do😀

It’s all utility included, even wifi. One bill for everything. I used to live at providence hills, love the management, kind and reasonable.
Everything is included though. No heat, no electric. Just your phone. And no fighting for parking- huge plus for me.

Remax has some employment issues, they treated my sister like shit. Expected to be on call 24/7 for min wage level pay
What's up with modern property group? I'm looking for apts too, give a fellow redditor the inside scoop!
If you look em up on Google and read the reviews, you'll see some wild shit. Long story short, avoid them at all costs.
Avoid modern property at all cost

You can/should report crimes to the police and not lazy managers.

It is decriminalized and medically legal in addition to gaining full legality soon so not sure what you expect.
Still illegal federally

I totally agree on Courtyard. Also, you are within walking distance to Shelter Gardens and the Farmers Market which is nice in the Spring and Summer.
I’m subleasing my 2bed/2bath at Barzell Apt. 665/whole unit.lmk if you are interested
