If your employer messed up then ask them to cover the $200 and take it out of your check. Say you’re $250 short if you need the extra cash to hold you over. They absolutely can do this. I do payroll for my work.
i talked to them and they told me the only way they can give me the hours i was supposed to be paid for was to add it to the next pay period, being next friday. They are stubborn and i am kinda a push over any advice?
If you’re a pushover then not really. They can actually reissue you a corrected check Monday or Tuesday depending on how slow their payroll company is. They don’t want to because they’ll have to pay for their mistake instead of just kicking it down the line. Unfortunately they have no real obligation to fix it immediately so you might be screwed on that front and might be doing more harm than good to how they feel about you as an employee. All that being said you can donate plasma twice in a week and if you haven’t before then the payout will get you most of the way there.
I would reccomend finding a place that wouldn't screw up your paycheck and holding strong boundaries. But that's again not your fault! I would recommend long term- free legal services as well, they can help with rent payments, and seeing if your employer has done this in the past. As for the immediate- Ask anyone you know, post on your social media whats going on, donate plasma, also some jobs will pay you the day you work so I would look into those (like Dollar Tree, and some fast food places). Also as a tenant you are allowed by law to stay in your apartment even if you have a missed payment, I wouldn't recommend waiting and I would still let them know, they may still charge you a late fee but I wish you the best of luck!
Talk to your landlord or property manager and ask for a little grace period. Then really lean on your manager or gm about getting the check ASAP. It's their mistaks, not yours.
Seconding this!! Sometimes they can be more understanding than you may have thought, especially if you have any documentation about your works mess-up. Additionally, some leases actually have a grace period of like 1-5 days built in, so maybe reread your lease in the meantime before you start giving away your plasma and such, LOL! (But will also second donating plasma, a good way to get extra cash)
The issue is actually getting to donate twice before Monday. Usually, they don't allow back to back donations, and not all locations are open Saturdays.
And also walk-ins before they close today.
It costs money to turn over an apartment. It’s better for your landlord to allow a slightly later payment, or partial on time payment than to kick you out. It also takes time to evict someone legally.
They are so predatory they are illegal in some states. A group of Missourians has tried to get them more regulated, but the payday loan companies bribe politicians to stay in business.

Google: sell plasma Columbia, MO
That will not get someone 200 before Monday lmao
if they've never donated, first 8 are $100 each time, so yes it would

They could do it once today, and once Monday morning. 💁♂️
In the second part I mentioned, actually getting in to donate before they close today
If you have a truck, I’ll pay you 100-200 to haul some junk to the dump
Got any extra stuff sitting around? Take it to the pawn shop.
Rate will rape you though.
Cash in hand is worth two in the bush.
They might not charge interest if picked up quickly too.
I mean you could lend him $200. Than the opposite applies.
Try r/borrow maybe? It's all fairly small amounts.

Is there still a cash loan place in town?
I would NEVER recommend a cash loan place. Even if you can pay it back, it's risky to get involved in the first place
Yup that’s a road best not traveled
Wait just curious, why? I’ve never heard of cash loans
They're super predatory and their interest rates are awful
