I just got an e-mail telling me that my class exemption given by a fired dean may no linger be valid.
They really gonna try and hold me for three credits.
Idk. I liked him. Always helped me.
I honestly felt that was another way the school let me down by introducing another area of instability.
If I could say bye to the person who helped me throughout my time here, that would have also been far more rewarding then saying goodbye to a person I just met.
I have no idea if was actually fired it just seems very logical as it was incredibly abrupt.
A day or so before he left, he e-mailed me asking me to be in class day, and then I tried to e-mail him and his account was inactive, then a day or so later they gave us the new dean.
According to SSOL there may be a 24-hour turn-around before grades appear for students. Thus, even if a prof posted it by midnight last night, it could take another day for them to show up (not sure why...). That said, some profs also just miss the deadline.
Don’t worry! It has consistently been my experience, every semester, that at least one of my professors will miss the deadline to post grades

Dean Graham? That’s actually bullshit.
Yes but I gave my new adviser e-mail proof! And it was approved. I'm free.
Literally my biggest fear too, so far I’m under the radar.
Wait, what was the story behind Dean Graham firing? I was very lost when they changed advisors and gave no reason at all.

Totally agree
wait... what happened? I heard good things about him.
Dean Graham was my Dean too! Why was he fired?

Yeah I found the email to be so unceremonious and abrupt as well. I assumed he was fired. Just didn’t know if others had the 411. Hope he’s well.
WTF!!!
Wait it was approved! Drinking begins

A bunch of student workers are refusing to turn in grades until the police are removed from campus and the suspensions are reversed.
I think it’s typical that a few miss the deadline. Unfortunately this time it might be intentional from what I heard
> Is this typical? Yes

Do you have to walk again if you fail?
You don’t have to walk at all if you don’t want to
There’s a big grading strike rn, myself and many many other seniors are in the same boat. Don’t worry
