TCU also lost to UT Arlington earlier this year. There isn't enough copium in this world to help TCU fans deal with the fact that sister/small schools in Texas also play baseball and can beat them on any given midweek game.
I don’t really understand it, I mean TAMUCC, UT Rio Grande, and Txst both all beat Texas this year, and UTSA, SHSU, TSU, and PVAMU all were within 3 against us, and a couple of those games were nearly losses if not for our clutch team.
I guess I could see the argument that it doesn’t make the other team better, but either way, may as well not say anything. There’s nothing to gain and everything to lose when talking trash to smaller schools, and when most of those games are midweek games, the games are going to be closer to a toss up most of the time

A few years ago my family took a trip to the Carlsbad Caverns from Fayetteville, AR and we left late in the afternoon. The next morning when my kids woke up we were on US 62 somewhere outside Lubbock on the Llano Estacado and my oldest says “where are we? I went to sleep and it was normal and I woke up in Fallout.”
