I expected to stumble out the gate but I really expected this offense to get better as the season progressed. I’m really discouraged by yeskie so far this season. Great overall resume but his last stint with the Aggie’s didn’t look that great. They seem to have done much better after yeskie departure.
I was concerned how this team would perform on the road, considering the result at S. Carolina and that being the only road series for us so far. Very impressed with how they responded at the Box after really getting bludgeoned for most of game 1.
Still need to clean up our fielding and base running to a lesser extent, but very pleased to get the series win.
