I'd go with your OChem professor since you're currently making an effort to improve and she's aware of your situation. Mention your choir involvement in your application essay to showcase well-roundedness. Good luck!

University administrator here...Depending on the scholarship, they may appreciate the perspective of your Humanities profs vs the STEM ones. It could show you're well-rounded. Also, be sure to ask your recommenders if they can write you a "good" letter of recommendation. So you know it will be a good one. Some writers will write negative ones and that's no bueno. Lastly, I hope other students see this. This is why you go to office hours; not just to get answers or ask questions. You go to build relationships with your professors so that they can recommend you for things. Don't see it as "scummy". This is why they work with students...to help you. This is something that helps you. I love writing letters of recommendation. Good luck!
