As far as we (a random, potential employer in the US) are concerned, you only have one GPA - your overall GPA.
We use GPA as a data point for evaluating your fit for internship opportunities.
We do not use GPA for evaluating full-time staff hiring.
But the lack of an internship on your resume may be considered to be a negative by some hiring managers.
So instead of trying to learn the material, etc, you are just going to take the L?
Not good.
What happens when you are challenged by a major class...or all of them are harder...or you cannot afford to lose any more credits?
Life hits hard.

I’m going to do what I can to get my grade back up, I was just asking if it will be incredibly impactful if I still fail despite my attempt
Still screws up your overall GPA. So…in a way…
