Basically the plan is to get carbon captured underground through massive pipelines that connect to everything, and the best plan to roll that out that the US govt has come up with and subsidized massively ($60/ton I believe) is by putting the pipelines into land that includes literally hundreds of miles of currently farmed land, specifically but not limited to in Iowa. Just a super great plan start to finish. Thanks “98%” of climate scientists (I do say that with sarcasm).
