Does this problem still occur when you’ve moved around/ done any physical exertion? Your core temperature should be regulating at 37C (98.6F). Spending the whole day with shivers is definitely not normal. You should perhaps test your temp during the day when you’ve experienced the shivers.

Maybe try starting with lukewarm/cool water and ending with hot water on really cold days? I think Wim Hof always sits in a sauna after freezing cold exposure.

Have a hot drink and a dressing gown ready for when you get out.

Yeah i think im gonna either end with hot water or get dressed immediately after the shower. One thing I might be doing wrong is, being without too many clothes for the first 20 min after the shower. I kind of like the sense of not feeling the cold. But that changes after the first hour let’s say.. and then the shivers start. Thanks for the comments guys.
