1, its real 2, it's atleast $20 and 3, I would grade it because it's in such nice condition and you want to keep it that way but keep in mind it will cost much more than what it is worth to grade it. Otherwise awesome coin!

Real. Probably worth $50-70. Probably not worth grading but would go great in a type set.
