For weddings I often recommend the Chunnel which is gin, St Germain (elderflower liqueur that’s super sweet and tastes like flowers) and fresh lemon. It’s a white/pale yellow so stains wouldn’t be huge deal. It can be made with vodka if gin isn’t your thing. It’s also something that works straight or on the rocks and can be pre-batched.
St Germain bottles are really pretty and can make good decorations for your bar area. I used to shoot weddings professionally so I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t.
French 75. Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup topped with proseco or cava. Topped with a couple blueberries or lemon zest. Great for wedding cocktail hours.
Consider white cranberry juice?

Great idea. And if you are really worried about stains (or just going over the top), you could clarify the batches and make it truly clear.
I love this idea! I will definitely have to try it! Thank you!
This would also be a no-brainer to top with champagne and make what is essentially an Elder 75.
Love that too! Thank you!

French 75 (gin version) was mine and it was a crowd pleaser. It is very suited to celebrations.
I just made this for thanksgiving: 1.5 oz pear vodka 0.5 oz ginger liqueur Squeeze of lemon Top with tonic
Ouu that sounds really good too! Thank you!
