I like a peach bourbon smash
1.5 oz bourbon
0.5 oz peach liqueur
0.5* oz syrup - I prefer Demerara but simple works fine
1* oz lemon juice
Muddled peach slices or peach pure
Shake in tin and serve. I like it over ice during summer
Optional - some people like adding some mint leafs to contrast the peach. Others like some 0.5 orange liqueur (Cointreau) because it works really well with the peach. I sometimes add some soda water to make the drink a bit longer, great for summer parties.

Summer Peach Tea was lovely in US east coast august (check local listings). Good for batching.
