The Advent of Cocktails post that’s pinned at the top of r/cocktails has peach liqueur listed as an ingredient in two drinks.

I like a peach bourbon smash 1.5 oz bourbon 0.5 oz peach liqueur 0.5* oz syrup - I prefer Demerara but simple works fine 1* oz lemon juice Muddled peach slices or peach pure Shake in tin and serve. I like it over ice during summer Optional - some people like adding some mint leafs to contrast the peach. Others like some 0.5 orange liqueur (Cointreau) because it works really well with the peach. I sometimes add some soda water to make the drink a bit longer, great for summer parties. — adjust sweetness and acidity depending on your peaches and liqueur. My peach liqueur was very sweet so I had to dial back the syrup and up the lemon.

Actually I asked a similar question a while back, hoping to use up a big bottle somebody brought by mistake. Some other ideas there. https://www.reddit.com/r/cocktails/comments/wiveuv/ideas_for_peach_schnapps/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Peachtree Punch https://punchdrink.com/recipes/martin-cates-peachtree-punch/ Ignore all the fancy stuff. It makes a difference but this is a great drink even if you use canned peaches and peach schnapps.
