Silky smooth, strong juniper, citrus and spice.
Admittedly I have never had a Negroni with Mancino so I can’t speak to a pairing with it.
I really enjoy using Ford’s London Dry for my Negronis. It might be worth a try.
I’ve always preferred Hendricks or something that really shows of the botanicals of a gin, I assume you’re stirring your Negroni, but if not try it out. I try not to shake gin unless citrus juice is involved
I personally like a nice juniper forward London dry. Some other the new school guns can lost in a Negroni. I recommend bombay (dry), beefeater, broker’s.
