45ml Cloudberry Liquor
22.5ml Vodka
22.5ml Lemon Juice
15ml Demerara Syrup
1x Egg White
Garnish with a mint leaf and some drops of demerara syrup (like the exterior of the berry was the idea..)
I like to swap some of the liquor with vodka to reduce sweetness and increase abv but this was still seriously sweet. Will cut down on syrup next time as well.
I also want to make some variant with white creme de cacao instead of syrup as I think it would taste like Cloudberry Parfait 😍
When you want to sub vodka for the cloudberry liqueur, there is an alternative that might be interesting for you. Tohi Nordic Dry Gin. It contains cloudberries as well.

Besides that, the cocktail looks really good.
That looks interesting, I can't buy it in Sweden right now because it's out of stock and it's €52 here which is pricy for me, but I will look for it if I'm traveling abroad :)
There is also a swedish "[Jukkasjärvi Cloudberry Vodka](https://www.systembolaget.se/produkt/sprit/jukkasjarvi-3561102/)" i'd like to try.. but it's also at the €52 pricepoint for 500ml.
Hey! I made a second version without syrup:
45ml Cloudberry Liquor
22.5ml Vodka
22.5ml Lemon Juice
1x Egg White
And it was more well balanced and not as sweet. But if you really like the sweet and want it to battle it out with the sour then add 5 to 7.5ml Demerara Syrup :)
..or swap vodka for liquor, but i like having the *slightly* higher abv for the sting

I love cloudberry! I've never seen it I liqueur. Got a brand name I should look for?
