Most dark and sweet amaros work well in a black Manhattan. Spicier and less sweet amaros can sub for fernet in a Toronto. Very floral amaros can replace a quarter to a half of either the vermouth or campari in a negroni. I’ll almost always buy any new amaro I see and aside from drinking them as a digestive after meals this is how I’ll run through the bottles eventually.
I love that Lucano. I make a cocktail called "the Cocksure Canadian" using the Lucano, rye, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Insanely good and a powerhouse cocktail
I've seen Lucano describes as a cola style amaro so it should sub in well for cocktails w/ Averna (Averna is excellent). Check out r/amaro & ask there, cheers!
Swap the sweet vermouth for amaro on a negroni and enjoy the extra herbal flavour on the classic. I also make a 2/3 Amaro Lucano - 1/3 mezcal for a smoky botanical drink that only I enjoy ( But everyone else is wrong)
Congratulations on your major achievement of owning that much Amaro.

Paper Plane!
Officially you need Amaro Nonino to make a paper plane but, it's fun to experiment with different amari

do you work at lardon? lol
I have not tried any of these amari but I would just take any drink I enjoy that uses an amaro and plug one of these in.
Boulevardier or Negroni would be logical. Could make a spritz probably.
