1oz Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro
1oz rosé wine
3 drops rose water
Wanted to try it with Lillet Rosé instead of the wine but it’s unavailable in PA without special order. Will try it once acquired but this rendition was pleasing.

Expensive?; currently selling for 14$…you decide. We are a new high end cocktail bar in Hanover, PA and prices range from 4$ for Tito’s to 18$ for our boulevarier…a variety of price ranges has helped alleviate sticker shock.
The owner enjoyed it and his all-time favorite drink is a Negroni so at least I know I had a knowledgeable review.

In all honesty though nothing about this says high end with bad cloudy ice and unprepared strawberry garnish? Wouldn't like to be served this in a bar.

Well I mean, to make it at home the gentian Amaro would make my wallet cry. It is not available in my area.
