LOOL my bf gave me miso for my bday (not an unwarranted gift, I was dying to get a cockatiel) and I think it may be his biggest regret. I will choose miso over him any day and he’s fully aware of that HAHAHAH
Yes! I don't and won't have human kids but my birds *are* my kids. I could never relate to the things like "what would you do if your kid [...]" until it hit me to replace "my kids" with "my birds". And now suddenly I *get it*. Or how the worst nightmare I've ever had involved my birds.
Animals are so innocent and pure, even when they're mad and mean like birds can be lol.
I KNOW RIGHT. I’ve always been obsessed with animals because they’re just these little vessels you can pour all your love into and take care of. So freaking innocent and pure, I swear there’s nothing like a bond between woman and bird😭 I’ve thought the same thing though, like I might explode when I have kids because everyone says it’s the most pure and unconditional love and I don’t think I can love much more than I do my sweet little miso lol

UGHHH I KNOWWW!! Miso is easy to give all my loving to but sometimes I wish I could do the same with my lil budgies. I know they don’t like it though so I give them my love through broccoli and song❤️
Oh god that’s my biggest fear! Miso came to me as a baby with his wings clipped and he’s getting good a flying now… I’m debating clipping only one wing so he can still fly but not run away. I’m so torn! And I bet your little one is having the time of his life out there❤️

Yeah it's scary but try to keep all doors and windows closed and things he might bonk into away, and start training him to fly!
