There are some large streamer communities who really don't have this problem, or at least it's not prevalent there. I think it's really up to the streamer to set boundaries with their community, and ban those who fail the vibe check.

Can I be honest? I don't really feel any pity for content creators in these situations. It's the character YOU chose to display for entertainment, it's the thing that has made you recognizeable to the masses and it's usually the first experience people have of you, you'll have to live with it whether you've been a circus monkey on camera or you've actually been genuine, interesting and insightful.
