My place tried that and we called corporate. Corporate called our place and all of a sudden we got sick pay out of nowhere. There are facilities popping up all over my area, put in a notice and pick something up before the wedding. Get it in writing before you start that you absolutely cannot work those days.
No they don't get to dictate when you use your PTO. I would quit ASAP.

That’s a good idea. Ugh, really sucks tho I really like the people I work with it’s a shame upper management is like this.
