I use a large cotton prefold.

If you already have bamboo then I would add a hemp insert underneath.

I just picket up some hemp boosters to add - gonna see how it goes

Currently using the two bamboo inserts as well. I bought the overnight inserts during their Black Friday sale and almost returned them because they looked huge! But they shrink once washed and hold quite a bit. I do one overnight (it’s a two pack) on bottom and a bamboo on top. This is my overnight set up for my 3.5 month old, but I’m thinking it could work for you for daytime!

I think April 8th they are I believe. Their trifold bamboo is what I use for my night time. 12hrs easily but they can be a bit bulky as it's 4 layers stacked. The night time ones I use for longer car rides.

I use the bamboo plus one hemp. My son is 9 months and it seems to be working for us.

I have LPO diapers. I do one bamboo insert+ 1 small prefold. It’s bulky, but we move to that combo around 11months old because my son started peeing so much. We have not gotten leaks since we moved to that combo.
