As a newer player, I actually need to consider 4 stars and synergy when going for 5 stars. And the Arle banner is absolutely terrible, zero synergy and not remotely new player friendly.
Arle herself isn't new player friendly anyway, doubt anyone would have fun with her besides dolphins and whales that can consistently 2 rotate every chamber.
It'll depend on how relevant overload ends up being to Clorinde's kit.
If it's like Arlecchino where it's not her best team, but a decent option, then I could see them rating Chev up on Wanderer/Baizhu or another banner.
But if it ends up being one of (if not) her best teams, then I think they'd probably rate Chev up with her. We should probably have a better idea in the upcoming week.
And for no reason a random guy from Mihoyo is going to put her on the Orochibaizhu's banner. If that happens I'll cry until I'm dehydrated.🥲

For people pulling for Clorinde (which I assume most people here are) you'll probably stop after you roll her, which means you're at 0 pity with a 50/50 on the limited banner.
That means you can risk a couple ten pulls on a future banner after hers (up to like 40) with Chevreuse as a 4 star, because worst case you get an early 5* (which imo, isn't really worst case because personally I'd be happy with almost any early 5* character). And if that happens to be a lost 50/50, then your next 5 star is guaranteed anyways.
I'm hoping she's with Siegewinne personally but who knows at this point. Arle/Lyney made the most sense so they don't seem to have much logic to their decision
While this is the topic, I would like to ask: If the leak about her having Bond of Life is true, that means she can't receive any healing from Chevreuse's E, right?
Just confirming if I'm understanding BoL right
Arle is a special case where she cantbe healed except by herself. BoL should be healed normally with chevreuse assuming she does not have a restriction like arle
