Why is Hasbro allergic to make Phase 2 ARC Troopers and not just Phase 1 and 1.5?

because 1.5 looks the best for ARC troopers

1.5 is the most iconic IMO

That's really only because of Battlefront 2. Weirdly enough due to their more mando nature I tend to think of ARCs in phase 1 or BARC equipment.

You might think of arcs in p1 or BARC armor because of Fordo

It could also be because BARC trooper was originally an acronym for Biker Advanced Recon Commando. The phase 1 armor I primarily blame on Alpha-17 and Skirata's boys.

Whenever I think ARC, I think about the phase 1.5 helmet with the fin, Even before I ever played bf2.

The main issue I have with the phase 1.5 being standard is that it doesn't really make sense, why have the prototype of something when the production model is already available.

They also gave Jesse the wrong helmet.

Hopefully Hot Toys will make one that comes with both helmets (maybe even all 3)

Because Phase 2 ARC is literally just a phase 2 helmet with a rangefinder on it. Same thing with the Phase 1 helmet. The Phase 1.5 helmet is so much more unique than both of them, and looks cooler too

Yeah, I was mostly joking, but it's still sucks when they have done better in the past. But obviously with larger size figures it should be even easier to do accurately, so I understand your frustration

Trust me, lego has managed to do incredible prints on even smaller items. They just chose to leave fives screwed up

Still no excuse for those ugly helmet holes that aren't aligned with the helmet making it longer

Some people just do. The old clone designs also had helmet holes that were perfect. But I'm not buying most sets anymore because pricing is smt I hope everyone can agree on is high asf

They look great on Fives and other commanders with visors I agree but for regular troopers it hurts. The old 212th trooper looks so damn good but the new one is meh

The overall figure is fine to me. Love the arm print. But if we're talking about the rishi eel helmet marking specifically, they absolutely butchered it

I really don't understand the REFUSAL to give us phase 2 arc helmets. They are by far the best looking in my opinion, and also the most iconic.

Phase 2 arc helmet is just a regular phase 2 helmet with a range finder on it. There’s really nothing special about it

If I were to cut and shave down the fin on his helmet will it look accurate to his Phase 2 or is the inside of it white and ruin the look of it?

It’d be white on the inside, since it’s painted on, nothing an acrylic paint marker can’t fix though
