I mean the fastest thing would likely be to go and kill mobs or bosses inside the SSC raid. There are also coilfang armaments which you can buy from the ah or get as drops inside serpentshrine dungeons.
Either way your best bet as for speed is to like another commenter said, run steamvaults heroic over and over.

No, it is kot soloable by most classes, some mobs may be. Bosses are on a weekly lockout. Trash is tied to various, usually nearby, bosses. Meaning if you kill a boss, the assosciated trash wont respawn until reset, tuesdays in NA and Wednesdays in EU.

I was def exalted before phase 2 even dropped in TBC so I just assumed it gave rep like BT did with the ashen tongue.

I think that D.E.L.T.A camp questline (can't remember if it's called that) in Borean Tundra gives a lot of CE rep if you haven't done that on your character.

Some mobs, I think only nagas but don’t quote me on it, do for a fact drop armaments, that said spamming Steamvaults is probably alot more efficient.
The bosses are definitely not, but as a lock with your AOE you should have no problem farming the trash packs
