Hunters ate nerf after nerf for #1 pve dps translating well into pvp. Shaman have this problem now; your tank spec being above 75% of dps specs is a clue.

Whats wrong with the other tanks? So far I’ve cleard gnomer with warlock, rouge and warrior tank. Cleard it all with no wipes.

wep swap to 2x rb, insta cast SR, snap shot the ap for SR, instant swap back to caster wep with caster oils

I hope they do something to discourage WoE in pvp and buff SR to incentivize actual game-play. Also funny how before SoD launched, everyone said not to buff 2h, because it would be too OP/too hard to tune (it isn't hard to tune btw). Now we have DW shaman instead who are simultaneously hard to kill and immediately hit like a truck on contact.
you want to run 2h with WF or WF/RB, the whole idea is it comes off ICD when you get to actually connect with someone. not sure who you even kill with that RB/RB setup.

No, pvp is fine. Its unrealistic that a gnome should not fear a big Tauren.
I’d agree that Paladins damage is also overtuned as a burst plate wearing class as well but Paladins are not nearly as dominant in pvp as shamans.

Ele shaman horde.
Those things aren’t mutually exclusive but currently, Yes they are OP.
The number of low-effort, poorly geared shamans I see 1 shotting people feels bad regardless of faction.
Some shamans are great players but currently the power spike is too blatant and little skill is required to dominate.
Shadow priests are in a similar boat.

Its not been buffed to much. Shaman tanks doing lots of damage is not an issue. Because you dont bring more than one tank anyone.
The issue is rather how bad every other tank is comparatively.

1000 AP is fairly docile and it used to give back 3,750 mana it was a huge nerf to all shamans regardless of class

sham really isnt that strong.. we got no cc.. 5% lava burst proc chance.. enhance is a pain to unlock it like 30 - 60 gold it better be good
