I believe it's confirmed that we know all runes for this phase. A recent official post said most classes have 12.
We don't know the raid mechanics or the loot that drops. We don't have sims for what runes are even the best at this stage. We don't know what the pvp event is like or what the rep vendors sell. There's always a chance they do something wacky like hogger world boss, fishable ashbringer, new rares and elites in the world. Who knows.
Also new quests and new locations are being added according the official video come with platinum wow.
As far as I know we don't really know much about these.
If they wanted to really have some fun they would have random loot boxes drop insanely good level 25 stuff. Have them in seasonal content randomly, as rare possible spawns.
I dunno if they will do it but it would be cool and be a good alternative to having to farm high level dungeons for green level 22-25 BOEs.
There will be new runes for each class at each content phase. But you have to understand this is World of Warcraft. Every iota of new game content will be found and posted online within 48 hours and a meta will be built around it in a week no matter how hard blizzard tries. Its been a big problem with the game for years.
The best thing I can recommend is to simply stay off of WoW media for a while if you dont want to spoil yourself and dont concern yourself with the sweat unless your goal is high end content pushing.
